Q - What type of payment process do you accept?
A - We accept PayPal payments and all major credit cards or check cards. When you checkout you will automatically be directed to the PayPal login page. If you do not have a paypal account simply click on "I don't have a paypal account" and then enter your card information safely and securely.
Q - Is there a minimum order amount?
A - No, order as little or as much as you'd like.
Q - Do you ship Internationally?
A - We do not ship international at this time.
Q - How long does it take to ship my order?
A - We have a process time of 1-5 business days then orders will ship accordingly
Q - What shipping carriers do you use?
A - We ship via FEDEX, & UPS and occasionally USPS Priority at our discretion. All orders are calculated by Real Time. For expedited services please remember we still have a processing time of 2-3 business days.

Return Policy on Electronics
Return authorization Numbers Are Required On ALL Returned Merchandise! products
that are initially defective, within 25 days of invoice is eligible for
replacement. Please note you are responsible for all return shipping charges and
we pay for shipping of the replacement. Everything MUST be included in original
box including manuals, parts, everything it came with. We are not liable for
packages that were damaged, lost or not delivered on time due to our delivery
companies (FedEx & UPS), though we will assist in filing claims and getting
replacements when issued a refund by the carrier. We will replace only the items
returned. If any products are damaged or returned to us missing parts, you will
be billed for those items. The problem must be specified when the defective is
returned. Please note your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the
packing box. Please insure all returns at full value. We are not responsible for
returns not received at our warehouse. All Return Authorizations not received
within 30 days of being issued will be canceled. You will be charged a
restocking fee of 20% for any working units returned to us if a refund or credit
is requested, it will be issued at current pricing less the shipping and
handling. Manufactures have continued to adopt stricter defective return
policies which we, in turn, must convey to you: Note: Most warranty instructions
are outlined in the product's owner's manual. Should the product fail in service
within the warranty period by us, the warranty exists between you and the
manufacturer.
Returns and Exchanges: 30 day only exchange/return policy.
Items must have original packaging and paperwork to be eligible for a
refund or exchange within 30 days. Return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer.
Items altered by the customer may not be returned or exchanged. A restocking fee
will be charged a 10% per item.
Refunds:
Items received within 30 days of original ship date will receive credit (with
any applicable taxes) to the original payment method less shipping and handling
charges.
Refunds can take up to four weeks to process. For credit card orders, please
allow two statements for credit to appear.
Please contact us for a return authorization number first and request for address to return. When returning the item please provide tracking number.
Returns are accepted only on brand new, unused in original packaging.
